GCP Applied Technologies Elects Gerald G. Colella To Board of Directors

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 04, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GCP Applied Technologies Inc. (NYSE:GCP) announced today that Gerald G. Colella has been elected to its Board of Directors. His election increases the board from seven to eight members.

Mr. Colella is currently Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of MKS Instruments, Inc. a global provider of instruments, subsystems and process control solutions. He had been MKS' President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2013, after serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2010 to February 2013, and as Vice President and Chief Business Officer from April 2005 to January 2010.  Prior roles included Acting Vice President, PRG Products; Vice President, Global Business and Service Operations; and a number of positions within materials planning and logistics.
